This week we’re focussing on looking after our minds with meditation, yoga and mindful moments. On Friday the children had a yoga class with Ms. Cawley and came back feeling refreshed and ready for work. Thank you Ms. Cawley!
Every day this week we will be dedicating 10 minutes to mindfulness or a meditation break. Today we did some mindful colouring where we tried to clear our minds of all our busy thoughts and just concentrate on the crayon and the page.
We have also been getting to know some 2D shapes – the square, rectangle, triangle and the circle. Here we are practising our cutting technique to snip some squares of different sizes!
